It was my first time for myself and my lovely girlfriend to come to Cairns and Mike did a wonderful job.
Mike fulfilled his promises, always on time ,he also keeps us informed about any updates about the trip and he picked us up from the hotel where we stayed at and dropped us off and made the trip as comfortable and very enjoyable .Mike is informative and we appreciate the tour and knowledge he shares with us about areas in Cairns .
We had the best time touring both the Skyrail going to Kuranda and the Scenic Rail coming back to Fresh Water Station where Mike waited for us to pick up.
We highly recommend Viator to everyone.

Michael was a great host, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Awesome views from the skyrail, interesting history and commentary on the scenic rail.
Lots of great niche eateries at Kuranda and all the usual market stalls, prices there are pretty good.

The guide was great and kept us informed of pick up times and any delays. The
Skyrail was a fantastic experience despite it being rainy and foggy which meant we had limited views. Kuranda is a beautiful spot and the people we met were all friendly. Train trip down was lovely also and learnt a lot about the history of the rail line and the hardships endured by the people who built it.

Skyrail over the mountain was thrilling. The scenery spectacular. Kuranda was quaint and had everything you needed to do and see. The train ride back was a highlight that I’ll never forget. Michael was exceptional with his service from moment I booked to when he dropped us back to our apartment. Highly recommended for everyone to experience!

This was a great adventure! We were picked up by the knowledgeable Michael who gave us some history on cairns along the ride to destination where he drops us off to explore on our own. The Skyrail ride was stunning! The sun came out for us so the views were just breathtaking. Kuranda town is quaint with lots to explore! The railway ride back down was a little long but the history behind it all made us appreciate it. Michael picked us up and returned us to our hotel with yet again more info on sites along the way. A great day full of wonderful views of Barron falls and so much more. 5/5 from us!

We were met by Michael just outside our hotel but his own private vehicle, as the company vehicle had "problems" so very impressed by this as he did not want to disappoint us.
We booked the sky rail & heritage railway. I would recommend this tour Michael was a wonderful guide so informative, friendly and.most importantly reliable.
Thank you Michael for a wonderful day, truly memorable.

Michael runs a small family owned business called Cairns Custom Tours.
Micheal was very professional and a wealth of knowledge. His small group tours are great as they make you feel special. There were 2 other couplers on our tour to Kuranda and he knew us all by name. Even sending txt messages to inform us of every details.
Skyrail and the scenic railway were both brilliant, travelling through or over the rain forest was amazing.
Kuranda is a lovely historic town in the rainforest. We had lunch at a South American cantina called “La Tonda Latina” the empanadas were delicious.
I would highly recommend visiting Karunda and using Michael and Cairns Custom Tours!
