great cruise and tour leader. however, almost impossible to find ship. tour needs to pick people up and not ask people to locate it on their own in a foreign country.

The tour itself was good, but the ship was not easy to find. They sent a ship with a different name from that in the confirmation. However I was not informed in advance.

This was a lovely trip on a beautiful day. Nice Turkish breakfast but had no interest in going to a leather shop for 1 hour. Would have been happier to have gone to different places on the Asian side

The cruise is all that is advertised, thoroughly enjoyable. There is live commentary in English, but it was hard to hear and understand. We made our way to the ship independently and the joining instructions were wrong - no meeting point as described, a late SMS changing the name of the ship, leaving us to search through dozens of vessels looking for ours. Only a phone call to the local booking office got us to the ship 45 minutes late - however they did wait for us.

The cruise was very nice, the guide was funny and educative, even though it was complicated to listen to him because of the ambiant noise. The monuments were very beautiful and the little stop on the asian side was appreciable, It's really worth the money ! The real problem is the organisation via viator : they say in the description that there is an hotel pick up. But when you go through the booking process, they don't tell us to mention youtr hotel. So I have messaged viator via whatsapp to ask them how it works : the guy tells me to meet at a gps point calle eminonu bus at 10 AM. I thought that they were going to take us to the boat by bus. Because of trafic, I have arrived 5 minutes late and I thought they were gonna wait for us but actually, the meeting point was the boat itself and they had already left right on time without noticing that we were not there ! I was really upset because it has messed up all our day organisation and even thought I shouldn't have arrived late, the meeting process was not clear at all. when you book the tour, it's written black and white that there is an hotel pick up. Anyways, the guy on the phone was nice and told me we could to the afternoon tour. We have managed to arrive very early for this tour but this time, the boat left with a half an hour delay because there were trafic for the hotel pick-up.. I guess they were two type of clients : the ones who booked via hotels and were allowed to be waited for and the viator clients...

Enjoyable experience. Fun & interesting. Dual language guides. But no hotel pick up. Taxi to travel there very troiblesome. Anyway for the whole tour, highly recomended.
