    Amazing night, star talk...

Amazing night, star talk was a stand-out at the end of dinner. Would be 5star rating except food was just slightly on the bland side and definitely needed salt and pepper. Lots of wine, beers and softdrinks. Plenty of food and lots of variety just needed that extra flavour. All in all an amazing night with great hosts

A unique experience and well organised. Perhaps the nibbles served at sunset could be a bit fancier as very basic considering the cost of the tour. Dinner was lovely and the perfect setting

It was awesome to sit right next Uluru and under the stars. Friendly staff, it was well organised and the food were tasty, the steak was so tender and delicious as well as the garlic prawns. It was great to sit with another family to share our travel experience. Love the star talk, first time to see the scorpio in the sky with the assistance of laser pointer. We really enjoyed the activity.

Could only glimpse the sunset through the giant herd of buses. The whole thing seemed like a cynical exercise to extract maximum funds from tourists with few options.

Uluru Sunset Viewing, Dinner in the dark
    Adam_B
    , Jun 2022
This experience was not exactly what my wife and I expected. The hero image of people eating at a round table during sunset in front of Uluru did not happen. We were picked up from ARR and taken into the National park (you have to also purchase a pass on top of what you pay to do this tour) and stopped at the sunset viewing area for drinks and nibbles while we watched Uluru change colours till the sun set. It was spectacular and many photos were taken! We then were transferred to another coach which took us further in to where we would have dinner. By this time it was getting dark and Uluru could hardly be seen. We were welcomed with drinks and allocated seats to one long table sitting with all of those who we were sharing the experience with. Everyone was friendly enough but it wasn’t the round table we thought it would be, my wife and I celebrating her 40th which I thought would be special if we had our own table. The dinner was your typical BBQ options, with roast veggies or salads. I’m easily pleased and enjoyed the grub. There was plenty of options for drinks too. After dinner one of the guides presented the star tour which I found fascinating as by this point in time we were completely in the dark under the stars. Apart from the misleading image, we did enjoy the whole experience.

Organisation of transport was excellent, and the driver very informative and friendly. We found the dinner was okay but we expected more in terms of the food on offer and the entertainment. The group was very large so while it was efficient, the evening was less personal than we had expected.
